How the environment affects your personality

You might think that everyone on the planet does things the same way, but that’s not the case here everyone has their own way of doing things. However in my experience there are many people who sit around and blame others for their own flaws and insecurities instead of saying okay ______  what am i doing wrong here,

I mean some people don’t even take the time to ask themselves

What ? can i do to make things better Or (wow i been here before i need to take precaution and look on ahead )  there or certain signals and  signs that is very similar (been here done that) so to speak ,

Where you say nope that is a huge mistake i need to proceed with caution and i need to change my direction before i get back to that place that not only puts me at risk but also affects my family ,

But some people seem to like wallowing in there tears and like others to feel sorry for them. Childish and immature never thinking about what could happen if they slightly redirected there thoughts (Actions) , That they might actually secede in there goals however  in there heart of hearts They are selfish.  My view of this type of behavior stems from.

Their upbringing and the amount of time the parent/s took  to teach the child how to make good decisions.  In today’s day in age we don’t have the luxury or financial benefit to be a stay home mom or dad and we sometimes have no other choice but to leave the child to his or her  Defenses  (Latch key kid) that is not the point but) Just keep reading>>>

So we have no choice to allow the child to. Resort to finding their own place in the sense that they will chose right from wrong .

But some parents allow the child to do and say as they please.  To keep them quite or to make them completely dependent on the parent by giving them anything and everything.

So many personality disorders can be altered or even prevented if the parent would just be more coherent in the child’s life,  One of which (Narcissist is a personality trait that is installed in a child by simply  Giving the child control over every decision.

Also by creating the illusion that the world outside is bad and that people and things have no value. That they don’t have to value anything  other than themselves. By giving the child the idea that there “special” in the sense that no one can harm them and if they or told or taught  a lesson/s that it is a irrelevant or unrealistic  (basically they live in a fantasy ) that the parent creates and when there is someone that gives them any feedback the defense mechanism  is >>Tune out the person/reality and live in denial of what’s really going on.

What i mean to say is that giving a child the impression that everything is perfect and there is no consequences, Creates a falsehood and in return that child grows up to be a very unemotional unethical person that does not listen to reason, On the other hand children that grow up in an environment where there is abuse, Abuse of any kind Verbal/physical/emotional

All affect a child and changes their view of things and what they perceive as normal.  Some children will shut themselves out and live in fear of what was installed in them, such as fear of not facing the world and fear of not seceded or the other way around overachievers and trying to make themselves stand out  Due to not receiving enough affection in there childhood they try hard to gain attention and affection from as many people as they can.

But how can we avoid installing fear in children or over achieving  or personality disorders > Well that’s a good question ?

Pay attention to your children and give them love and encourage them but also don’t be afraid to tell them the truth and let them understand that the world doesn’t revolve around them. But that they can make it better by being kind loving and inspiration be uplifting and positive. But not so much that it  causes them to believe that life is a bowl of cherries, And not so much that it makes them not see the real pain and hard work and effort that they have to  put into anything.

I hope this helps give you a better understanding as to how parents  and the environment they create in there home and it can change their children for the better or for the worst

Some people never change

As hard as it is too let go sometimes it’s for the best, Some people will  never change and they are set in there ways. There’s so many things i can say, Some people like to hurt you and cause you pain.

God allows you to have these people in your life so that you can learn a lesson what that lesson is I couldn’t tell you, All i know is that you can try your best but if they countie to behave in a manner that is not only displeasing,,But hurtful.

Making you believe or feel everything is your fault. Without taken any responsibility for their own actions. Then you have a problem you have to either let go and move on,, Our give them an ultimatum and see it through,

Most of the time they dont change  they get worse!  I don’t encourage divorce but i also do not believe in allowing another human being o be mentally abusive.

Because you end up with the illusion that you are the problem “they” cause you to believe or feel like you just keep making all the wrong decisions and everything you say and do can and will be held against you

  That’s when you know it’s time to move on break free of the abuse and let go give it to god and ask him to lead you  on your path.

 This applies to all kinds of relationships including family siblings friends etc,

and any one who is abusing you

No matter how much they mean to you,  You have to walk away maybe not forever but until you are ready till you are grounded enough to deal with them. Remember it’s okay to say no

 Sometimes that means goodbye an you have  to be okay with that so fight for your happiness and peace of mind.

Mental abuse will consume you part 2.

So this is part two of mental abuse and how will consume you so please read the last post first thanks.

I am going to try in start where we left off yesterday,,,,,,

If your in an abusive relationship it’s not worth staying in, It will consume you it will change you as a person its not good it’s not healthy and god doesn’t expect you to stay.

There our different things that can happen depending on the abuse  and can cause you to lose self esteem and create insecurities lose self respect.

being hurt by a loved one our even being bullied by a stranger it hurts all the same but what that hurt does to you is the problem. Mental Abuse is way worse than psychical and i am not saying that it’s better to be beat up physically what i am saying is that it is different because the bruises left behind from physical abuse will heal but the mental scars can last a lifetime.

Some people will express there hurt through anger and rage trying to get even with the one who caused it. Some by lashing out with violence rage and anger. others with shutting them self  out by closing them self off to the world and holding in the pain. However the person deals with there pain there’s never a good outcome. unless you let go and find peace with these motions.

Why because bottled up emotions  (Fear Anger Rage Hate etc) Turns into bitterness Unforgiveness Self hate and grudges, slandering and more abusive behavior, sometimes it’s the opposite (Self harm Depression, Social anxiety, Eating disorder, etc.  All of these emotions  leads to more davastion.

So now to the point how to start the healing process let me start by saying God is the only one who can break chains and bondages, He alone can fill the void he will and he does know your pain. I also want to include this because i know some of you have become consumed with anger towards god. That can happen,

If you have a chance please read these scriptures John 3-16 Jeremiah 29-11 Matthew 11-28  Psalms 56 Romans 8-28 Pray and ask god to help you understand his word. An what these scriptures mean, God gives us free will. He doesn’t force us to do anything and he doesn’t require much. The biggest complaint i hear is why does god allow some of us to suffer Well that is something only the holy spirit can reveal  the answer to that question.

The first step to go through the healing process is recognizing where or who is causing the problem. Or where it is coming from and remove yourself from that person/s just completely remove yourself and find a safe place to get out of the situation. That’s the first step.

Get out of the relationship asap and do not return .

Next step is loving yourself and it’s very hard to do after being told you are unworthy unqualified an just simply put down.  But you have to except yourself you have to find strength to see the good things find a counselor find god seek out your healing through jesus he will use whatever you been through to strengthen you.

Use the pain as inspiration to empower you, Know that what you have been told is not the truth. Search your heart and remember that you are worthy of love and there is good in you. You need people that will help you see the good things you have to offer. Look back an really think did you do anything to deserve the pain the answer is no. Do not allow what you  been through define you as a person. Get into a local group talk about your feelings, It’s okay to cry and let out those feelings,

Then start your journey focus on yourself  if your up for it, Visit your local church are buy a bible meditate on god’s word. Ask him to lead guide and direct you on your path. And Read his word  you.will find peace if you really seek him.

Aroma therapy is another way to find peace meditation and reiki, chakra alignment can also be useful. But the most important thing to do is know that you are loved by god and even if you don’t believe right now ,,,

The bible says Ask and it will be given seek and you shall find knock and the door will be open to you trust that god will heal you and read the scriptures above you will find that he is a living god and wants to help you.
